ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to Let’s find. Let’s find provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you.

1. Introduction
Use of this website and the services provided via it’s website ("www.letsfind.co.uk") are conditional upon you accepting the following terms and conditions. Unless otherwise specified, your acceptance of this User Agreement shall be indicated by your use of and/or registration with www.letsfind.co.uk. www.letsfind.co.uk is provided by Let’s Find Search Services c/o Microchannel Technologies Ltd 214-216 Aghafad Road, Clogher, Co. Tyrone, Northern Ireland BT76 0XR.
These terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy, (together the “User Agreement”) form our entire agreement with you in respect of non-chargeable use of www.letsfind.co.uk and supersede any prior agreement or arrangement with you in respect of www.letsfind.co.uk.
If a company name is inserted in your registration request, then the User Agreement shall be between us and that company and accordingly unless the context otherwise requires, references to "you" and "your" in this User Agreement shall also be to that company. If there are any updates to this User Agreement or to the Terms and Conditions of Purchase, we will bring this to your attention on the home page of www.letsfind.co.uk.

2. Availability of www.letsfind.co.uk
We will endeavour to ensure that www.letsfind.co.uk is available 24 hours per day without any interruptions. However, we reserve the right to make www.letsfind.co.uk unavailable at any time or to restrict access to parts or all of www.letsfind.co.uk without notice. www.letsfind.co.uk is a general information service. We will endeavour not to make it misleading, but we cannot represent that the information accessible on or via www.letsfind.co.uk is accurate, not misleading, complete or up to date.

3. Use of www.letsfind.co.uk
www.letsfind.co.uk is designed for your personal, non-commercial use and you must not use it in any other way without our consent. Except as permitted under applicable law, you must not use, copy, translate, publish, licence or sell www.letsfind.co.uk or any materials or information in www.letsfind.co.uk or the structure, overall style and program code of www.letsfind.co.uk without our consent. You agree to only use www.letsfind.co.uk for lawful purposes and that any information that you provide in connection with, or which forms part of, www.letsfind.co.uk will be, as far as you are aware, true and accurate and will not infringe any copyright or trade mark, or any right of privacy, publicity or personality or any other right, whether registered or unregistered, of any other nature or any person, or be obscene or libellous or blasphemous or defamatory and you agree to indemnify us against all claims, proceedings, damages, liabilities and costs, including legal costs arising out of your breach of this term. We cannot make any assurances about the information or contribution made by any other user and you should exercise caution before acting or otherwise relying upon any information you obtain via the www.letsfind.co.uk.

www.letsfind.co.uk includes links to other Internet sites. Without limiting what we say elsewhere, we make no representations or warranties about those sites or their content, nor that the links work. If you wish to link to www.letsfind.co.uk you may only do so to. www.letsfind.co.uk. Details of our linking arrangements may be obtained from webmaster@letsfind.co.uk.

6. Data Protection
It is your responsibility to ensure that that you give us an accurate and valid e-mail address and other contact details and tell us of any changes to them, however we cannot make any assurances about any other user you may meet using the www.letsfind.co.uk. 7. Intellectual property
www.letsfind.co.uk, its style and structure, and the materials and information on www.letsfind.co.uk of www.letsfind.co.uk are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights, and may not be used by you except as expressly provided in this User Agreement. The authors of the documents in www.letsfind.co.uk assert their moral rights.

8. Our Liability
Since a substantial part of www.letsfind.co.uk is both free and available to all, it is a condition that your use of www.letsfind.co.uk is at your own risk. We shall not be liable to you or in breach of this User Agreement for any delay or failure to perform any obligation if the delay or failure is due to a cause beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, the blocking or restricting of information to and/or from our network.
Except as expressly provided in this User agreement, we disclaim any further representations, warranties, conditions or other terms, express or implied, by statute, collaterally or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties, conditions or other terms of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose or reasonable care and skill.
Save as provided below, we disclaim all and will not be liable in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence) or otherwise arising in connection with this User Agreement or the www.letsfind.co.uk for: (i) consequential, indirect or special loss or damage; or (ii) any loss of goodwill or reputation; or (iii) any economic losses (including loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings), in each case, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage and howsoever incurred.

9 The Let’s Find Directory
Letsfind.co.uk is created to serve the needs of your business. Our services will ensure that your site is reviewed and evaluated in a timely manner. Your payment and participation guarantees that within seven business days a member of Letsfind.co.uk’s editorial staff will look at your site and consider it for inclusion in the directory.
Please keep in mind that payment does not automatically guarantee inclusion in the directory, site placement, or site commentary. As with all sites suggested to us, final judgement remains solely with our editors.

9.1 The current fee for submission to the Let’s Find directory is a one-time non-refundable fee of £15 (including VAT) (US$30). For non-commercial organisations there will be a free submission process.
9.2 In order for Let’s Find to consider your website for inclusion in the Directory, you must submit a valid credit/debit card number as part of the registration form. You agree that your credit/debit card will be charged the current NON-REFUNDABLE fee for Let’s Find when you submit your website which occurs as soon as you click on the "Submit" button on the order form.
9.3 Nothing in this agreement obligates Let’s Find to list, link to, accept or otherwise host your website anywhere on Let’s Find. In addition, if your website is accepted, nothing in this agreement obligates let’s find to place your website within a specific category or subcategory, or to provide any comments or annotations with the listing of your website.
9.4 Please note that Let’s Find is only open to websites that DO NOT ALREADY EXIST in the Directory.
9.5 You continually warrant throughout your dealings with us that you own the material that you supply to us and the data is complete, not misleading in any way and accurate. If there is a change in products listed, ownership or anything other than insignificant matters you will inform us immediately so that we can amend our review. Your data and site will not contain anything, which is illegal, obscene or indecent.
9.6 We have the sole right to decide on the wording of this description. We will take all reasonable steps to include wording that you wish if you ask us to do so, but visitors to our site expect to see an independent view from us.
9.7 If your website offers services on a subscription basis, you must provide Let’s Find with a trial password or subscription ID as part of the registration form.
9.8 Let’s Find reserves the right to decide whether, where, and how a website is listed in the Directory. If Let’s Find accepts your website for inclusion in the Directory, Let’s Find will consider your preferences, but reserves the right to list your website in any category or subcategory as Let’s Find deems appropriate, in its sole discretion.
9.9 Let’s Find reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove your website from the Directory, move the listing to a different category or subcategory, and change or remove any keywords, comments, or annotations at any time, for any reason.

10 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any loss or damage caused to us, or our site or its reputation as a result of any failure by you, or on your behalf, to comply with these terms & conditions.

11 Small Print
Either of us may terminate this User Agreement at any time. You may not transfer any of your rights or delegate any of your obligations under this User Agreement without our prior written consent. If we fail to enforce any provision of this User Agreement, that failure will not preclude us from enforcing either that provision (or any similar provision) on a later occasion. Nothing in this User Agreement shall confer on any third party any benefit or the right to enforce any term of the User Agreement. This User Agreement is governed by English law and any dispute connected with this agreement is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Nothing in this User Agreement affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

12 Complaints

13 Amendments
This agreement cannot be amended save by our amending these terms on this page. Such amended items take effect 14 days after they are first posted. You agree it is your responsibility to check here for any changes.

14 Currency
All figures mentioned on this site or by our representatives are £ sterling unless we agree in writing.

15 Copyright
The site and all material on it is our copyright and may not be copied, distributed, licensed, or reproduced in any way whatsoever, save that you are permitted to print or download extracts from it for personal use only.
